We had a good time at Daddy’s work picnic. We played bean bag toss and had popsicles. Colleen got a pink butterfly on her arm.

So, this morning I asked Colleen to please stop biting her fingernails. Then, I added, “no fingers in the mouth and no fingers up the nose.” So, what do you think she did? She looked at me, laughed, and stuck one finger in her mouth and one up her nose! She thought she was hysterical.

We took a family trip out to the Botanic Gardens. It was hot! Colleen liked the model railroad garden and the fountain. We also saw bee houses (so, of course, we took a pic of Bea in front of them.)

On June 26th, we went to a pool party of one of Colleen’s friends from Kindermusik. It was in the burbs right on the Lake. We had a good time!

With Anya’s dad retiring, we had to say goodbye to Grandpa’s office and to the parsonage. It will be weird at church for awhile without Grandma and Grandpa. They also have moved to a new condo. No more picking raspberries in their yard. :-( But the new place has great parks nearby!
