An update on walking and Oreos
Thursday, August 14th, 2008Colleen is definitely walking! Right now she will only walk to me, but I can get her to do quite a few steps and she always laughs and is so proud of herself. It’s amazing to watch. I’m so excited.
On Tuesday night, I was eating an Oreo and Colleen of course wanted some of it, so I took off the top and gave her a little bit of the cream in the center. Well, she grabbed the cookie from me and walked (yes, actually walked) off laughing hysterically! Then she walked/slipped/crawled around the room smearing the Oreo all over the floor and couch, but she was laughing so hard, I didn’t have the heart to stop her. She had her little joke…I wish I could have taped it because it was hilarious.
